Holistic Therapy

Holistic therapies aim to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms of an illness.

Each treatment has it’s own unique theory and practice.

Holistic therapies offer a different approach to more traditional methods– usually involving the body, mind and spirit. This holistic approach may for some lead to feeling “more in control” of a situation.

It is often thought that relaxation can help reduce anxiety and stress, which can be brought on by many of the issues that arise due to a loved one’s drug or alcohol problems.

Holistic therapies provides some people with relief from symptoms such as:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Pain
  • Anxiety
  • Panic Attacks

Types of Therapy
